Leadership diagnostics and behavioral analysis for four- and five-star hospitality, and for the corporate sector broadly.
He taught himself to code at eleven and was an IBM Champion by fifteen. He now measures how leaders actually behave, and builds the instruments that do the measuring.
Kovid Panthy (born 12 December 2003) is a Nepali leadership and behavioral analyst based in Kathmandu. His practice is leadership diagnostics: assessing how leaders and teams actually behave, then building development around what the assessment finds. The focus is four- and five-star hospitality, though the work applies to any corporate client, engagements include Ramada Encore Kathmandu, where a three-day, eighteen-hour programme took thirty-five participants through individualized action planning4,17,18, alongside Marriott Kathmandu and Hotel Yak & Yeti. He co-founded Impact Yes with Kim Baaden in 202119,20 and built the instruments the practice runs on: Pactomics, a behavioral-assessment framework grounded in established neuroscience and psychology research, and the GALA and Vector9 assessments built on it. He is a member of the American Psychological Association23, a Lifetime Associate of the International Luxury Hotel Association, and since 2026 a Professional Member of the Association for Computing Machinery.
He came to the field through technology: self-taught at around eleven9, a self-published book while in class 1011, a web-development company at fifteen12, and an IBM Champion title in 20192,6. He has served the Rotary Club of Kathmandu Circle since 2022 and is its President-elect for 2026–27. Away from the work he rides horses, travels, swims, plays golf, and solves the Rubik’s Cube.
